The filet was chewy and there were parts that could not be consumed. We had king crab, Seafood Americana, two types salmon, sea bass, filet mignon, and shrimp scampi. The wine and cocktail menus are extensive. We had multiple courses and beverages from the bar. So there were times when we required assistance and could not get it as quickly.
